Refund policy
Full or partial refund policy based on type of products and the time of refund, all refunds will be added to the users’ store credit.
Unconditional fully refund policy:
Users are allowed to be refunded in full if the quest is submitted before the start time of the paid lecture / review session (with regards to trial / free teaser lecture session) (If it has multiple options then refer to the earliest one). Users who paid a non-refundable deposit in advance, will only be refunded with the refundable amount.
Users who purchase the ‘weekly course’ services in the middle of the course, can be refunded if both are satisfied i) they have no record of watching any course related online resources from our system, ii) the quest is submitted before the start of their earliest paid lecture session.
Partial refund policy:
**In general context weekly course are referred to F/S session weekly course that lasts 1 academic term; Y session course specified are referring to courses that last 2 academic terms**
For ‘Weekly Course’ services, submit a refund request 14 day (7 days for course in summer term) prior to the beginning of the second lecture session, given acceptable reason, can be refunded with 60% of the refundable amount (50% for Y session course).
submit a refund request prior to the earlier of i) 14 day (7 days for summer weekly course) after the beginning of the second lecture session ii) Course drop deadline of the university, iii) beginning of the exam week of the fall term (or first term of summer term), given acceptable reason, can be refunded with 30% of the refundable amount (25% for Y session course).
Only for a year long weekly course, if all of the above are not able to meet, there is still a 10% refund if submitted 72 hours prior to the year long course drop deadline of the university.
Users who purchase the services in the middle of the course, prior to the earlier of i) 7 day within the start of first lecture session ii) Course drop deadline of the university, given acceptable reason, can be refunded with 30% of the refundable amount.
‘Review Session’ services do not have a partial refund policy.
